Hawkshead

I sneaked out before the rain set in this morning and snapped a few rain drenched flowers.
Chris is an avid Fuchsia grower and we have lots of varieties including some very colourful and blousey ones but I have a sneaking admiration for this little one which borders our front garden and is seen above in pots by our kitchen door.

It is called Hawkshead. I have photographed it before but as it is so small it is often too difficult to capture a still shot. Here it has rain drops on it which I like even though one of the pink/white petals is starting to turn.
