Knackered

Up at the crack of dawn this morning so Mrs P could help Amanda drop off the hire car & return home, so that gave me time to backblip. Then up to Arbroath to finally finish off the laminate flooring for the out-laws.

Today was finish off the edging and take off the front door, plane it down and re-hang. I think everyone within 2 miles of their place now knows that i hate hanging doors!
And to top it off, the sun decided to show itself which sent the temperature and my crankiness through the roof. Got it done though so no more DIY for a while i hope.

Got home, flopped onto the bed and slept for 2 hours. I think dinner, wine, then watch TV in bed is in order :)

Took this in the polytunnel this morning. Never seen a Courgette flower open before. Thought it was a starfish at first! Nearest pond is about 500m through the village, so it must have hopped all the way through the night to get here. Perfect, one free and organic way of getting rid of flys is now resident!
