Eye'm Celebrating

Came home to a lovely surprise!

My wonderful fiancé had made us a celebratory tea to congratulate ourselves on our competition win yesterday.

Once again she excelled herself! We had rainbow trout grilled with orange and bay leaves, and we are about to tuck into a homemade blackberry crumble cheesecake! If it is half as delicious as the trout this is going to be quite some pudding!
