Courtyard Garden

My new house has a conservatory with French windows onto a courtyard garden.
I have never thought of a Courtyard garden, having been used to a lawn etc. However it is totally wonderful, sitting so near to the plants, their smells, the bees etc. Except when it rains, which it did today, heavily and repeatedly
