Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream
Cooking in Grandma's kitchen has always brought a smile to my face. She has taught me so many things about cooking over the years and I continue to learn from her with every cooking adventure. I missed playing in the kitchen in Thailand, so while at Grandma's house, we are filling our days with our favorite hobby.
Yesterday we made stuffed french toast; ravioli stacks with fresh tomatoes, basil, and cheese; nectarine and plum cobbler; and peanut butter pretzel cookies. I went to bed reading a cooking magazine and was reading an ice cream cook book over coffee this morning. The latter influenced one of our creations for today...Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream. It was refreshing, delicious, and so easy to make!
