perfect party day
no tears
just the right amount of parents stayed
everyone played the games with no tears

musical statues (during this one I had to sneak out in the rain to encourage the lollypop tree to bear fruit!)
pass the parcel (4th year of practice and I managed to remember who had won and who hadn't without a single panic)
party tea
cake
then they all disappeared upstairs to play incredibly nicely (weird I know)
animal masks
the lollipop tree (although I had to go out in the rain to pick the fruit whilst they all looked out of the window at me)
party bags
and home time
