Let Them Eat Cake!

Third Sunday in a row on Falkland Estate and this is what we were here for - Victoria Sponge for everyone! Think we had made nine between us. Al set out these first four in what he felt was an aesthetically pleasing display.

What we had thought was going to be a dismal wet day turned out to be an absolute cracker and we sat basking and bathing in blazing hot sunshine all afternoon, forcing cake onto everybody and then sending them off on their way to walk it off.

Had a superb time - a really happy day in excellent company.
