YeSSSSSSSSSSS!

100 BLIPS! I made it! I can't believe how proud I feel. This is quite something for me, as I usually start out full of enthusiasm and then things tend to go pear shaped, but this addiction appears to be here to stay. I love it!

I think Joe must be a genious to have invented this site, so thank you very much Joe, you have made a difference to many people's lives and not many of us can say that! Thank you also to Caged Bird and Bri because I would NEVER have found this without you two. A special thanks to Mr DV and my long suffering family who always suspected my madness and have now had it confirmed! You have all been encouraging and supportive and have often been my inspiration - especially Harry xxxxx

I have thought long and hard about this 100th blip but Mr DV said, 'books are what you are about' - he is quite right I can't imagine being anywhere without a book to read and increasingly I need a camera too, so it seemed a good idea! I have collected 100 books, (yes, there really are 100) that say something about my life and thoughts. We have had great fun arranging and re-arranging them. This is my second attempt to publish as the first one missed the 1 off! I am not looking forward to putting them all back in their rightful places, but it will keep me quiet!!

If you have had the patience to read to the end of this homily, I would like to say how much I enjoy looking at the entries you 'real' photographers make. They are inspirational ......just amazing achievements! I am still at the bottom of a very steep learning curve but I am enjoying the climb, even though it's rather a slow journey!

But mainly, thank you to all you blippers out there. I have found some new and very special friends. The best thing about it is we are all ages, sizes, creeds and colours, we live in all four corners of the earth but we can communicate and support each other. If only a blipper ruled the world! Now I hope I will get a red balloon to spread about!
