Summer breakfast

I suppose as an exiled Swede you miss things that you primarily associate with your fatherland rather than what you actually liked when you lived there. Like filmjölk, something like yoghurt, but more liquid and never sweetened and not like sour cream either. Difficult to explain. I have to say that the dairy industry in the UK isn't very evolved, there are several unfilled niches. Maybe I should go into business.
