We only come out at night.........

The days are much too bright!

So went to see the doc today, it's not too bad, he said being out last week in the sun so long (3.5hrs!) has given me a mild heat stroke, and i've since then with accompanying Hay fever developed a chest infection.

Been given antibiotics, and an inhaler to help me breath easier till it clears, i've also too pretty much stay indoors for a few days. I'll be back on form in no time.

Have an appointment with Psychiatrist next month so i'll talk too him regarding a change.

Feeling lousy, but much more positive knowing that it'll soon improve.
