Beef Madras

What a wet and miserable day. Nothing for it but to get out the cook book, make a shopping list and rustle up a warming curry. Suitably stuffed now but just enough room to finish a bottle of wine and force down a slice of one of the 2 cakes that are currently on the go at the moment. :-)
