Apparently some massive proportion of mums serve spag bol on a Monday. I would love to be specific but I can't find where I read it so I could be making it up !

So here we are - spag bol a la moi.

Very tasty it was too.... And not just any spag bol but Delia's ragu.

Perhaps it's the bottle of red that makes it so yum. That or the 8 or so hours I cook it for !

No wonder Toots and Pip sleep well on a Monday night !!!
