Tom Salad

We still have loads of tomatoes left over from the other weekend. Mrs W sliced them up with some fresh basil, chopped spring onions and a drizzle of Balsamic glaze.

So simple, so fantastic. A great accompaniment to Spag Bol.

I liked the colours so a blip it is.
