I couldn't resist the sign from this tanning salon in South Street, Greenock.

Then, the long drive home from Greenock to Potton, via the National Watersports Centre in Nottingham to deliver my niece who is due to row in the British Women's coxless 4s final on Sunday.

A hot day, baking sun on the way home. Finally arrived home at 7.30 to see our beautiful children who were sooooo pleased to see us. The feeling was mutual.
