In the countryside!

Today i went at the organic farm where i usually buy organic flours and other of their trsnsformed products as biscuits!
This pm we were supposed to have a nice walk in the countryside with an expert to recognise and pick up wild herbs for then learning how to use them also in cooking! ...things i've always been interested in...some i knew...some were new and all very interesting information!
I also shared the recipe i tried of the dandelion cookies! ;-)
The day didn't go exactly as planned cos, after a while we started our walk, it started raining heavily so we have to move indoors, where luckily this guide had ready lots of herbs he picked up previosuly...just in case of bad weather! well done!!!
Anyway it has been a very nice afternoon of chats and information and also some nibbles prepared with wild herbs!
On the way back ...when it stopped raining i took some shots of one of the many old abandoned barns/buildings u can find in the countryside!...what a shame to see such buildings in that state...they have their charm...but it would be nice to see them back to life...the countryside life!
