Big day, we celebrated Adams 6th birthday, although officially it is tomorrow. The party was held at the Museum (the stone building in the distance) in the "Discovery Centre" with 11 of his friends. It was pretty good; treasure hunts in the dinosaur gallery etc. And then the main event - the food, in the cafe afterwards. Best part for parents - no mess!

For the first half of the party I wandered around the Arts Centre with our visiting friends - lovely day in Christchurch, the last of the summer maybe.

Then back home as our friends are leaving today, winging their way back to the UK.
