All right!

Had my first Cooper test in four years today. Blimey! 2800 metres is a lot for somebody like me who hasn't been able to run regularly in years, though I was told that my muscle tissue has been very well oriented for running long, so I "know" how this thing goes.

Well, right. My result has got a bit lower it was before my knees got bad. I'm very happy they got my knee surgery done last autumn, and since then, I've been able to do more and more physical training like I did before the bad knees. However, I have to emphasize that I'm just a random long distance runner and couldn't bear big flaming muscles and heavy mass - it's my brother's mission to be a macho.

Since last autumn, I've started to near my proper good health by getting thinner again and correcting my posture. I'm such contentend with my shape right now, but... at the moment, my mission is to reach 3000 metres in Cooper one day - my record from behind four years is 2900, so I think it's time to set new goals now.

All right now, I guess, when remembering I was a sturdy little ball most of my comprehensive school and the start of high school. Bloody times in many ways, I'd say.
