Peter in his favourite spot

Peter tells me at least 200 times a day how happy he is looking out of his window at the street. He's so content, it's really wonderful...

Tomorrow going to look at my little house as my tenants have moved out (huffily!) and the day after... moving in again after 3 years. Whoop!
