High Street

I was up early and headed into town first thing today. Not to do anything major, just to nip to the spa for a couple of hours, very relaxing it was too.

After the spa I wandered about town looking for a blip. Shortly before getting this one I bumped into Lawrence from work. I got a photo of him but he wasn't keen for me to use it on here. Fortunately while talking to him I spotted these two.

Tonight I was back at Taekwon Do after our two week summer break. I'm kind of feeling ok just now, but I'm not sure it will be the same story tomorrow. Thankfully since I'm on holiday I can go and have a soak in the hot tub to sort it out.
