Red Kites

We left Sussex and started on the journey home to Scotland, with another break planned back at my other sister's house in Cheltenham. On the way we took a lunch break in Stokenchurch, off the M40, where there is a successful reintroduced colony of red kites. We sat in the pub garden, having a nice lunch and photographing these beautiful birds as they swooped round overhead.
