Those eyes!

It's hard to believe that my sweet boy will be turning 5 next week!! Where does the time go?

I look back at photos from a year ago, and I see how much Jack has changed in the last year. Not so much of a 'baby face' anymore and more of a big kid face. He is still a peanut, just 31 pounds.

He is a loving, caring little guy who loves to help out around the house, loves to learn, enjoys nature, animals and music and is a pretty smart cookie! My in-laws call him 'the professor'. They are always amazed at the conversations Jack has...wise beyond his years!

This is his 'serious' look....I love his long eyelashes, those big brown eyes and those sweet little lips. I really love this kid!!

We'll be checking the mailbox this week....Zahra (from Pieces of a Jigsaw Puzzle) sent Jack a birthday card! How cool is that? He'll be getting a card from all the way over in Pakistan! Thank you Zahra!!
