More progress

Sorry for the poor quality image. This is the project running in parallel with my sons bedroom. The long black mark on the ceiling is where the plumber can access the pipework too move the boiler. The cables hanging from the ceiling are two of the four lights that will be installed. The cables hanging out of the wall are for the controller for the boiler, the ariel for the tv is at the top as well. I'm hoping when the housing market picks up this place will sell for top money!! The only thing I can't stand is all the flipping dust everywhere, even though I was using dustsheets to stop the rest of the house getting messy.
