Stranded..sort of..

In the middle of running my errands this morning.. my *nice reliable new* car decides to blow a radiator hose and proceeded to over heat. I was 2 miles from the house the fiesta stop. The picture here is the second stop. I limped it home.. so that I wouldn't have to pay any towing fees. The front of my car..through the grill and under the front end was soaked. I'm not pleased. The thing burns oil and now just blew a hose. I'm ticked for being pushed into this.

It's only 85* outside no real reason for overheating ..ugh.

it was a hose..and how it disconnected from the radiator we'll never really know. the clamp used to hold it in place was a real PITA to work with and get the hose put back in place. A gallon of full strength anti-freeze and almost a gallon of water filled the beast back up, and it's actually running a bit cooler now haha..
