Here's To Us!

After yesterday today was difficult.

Although this was alleviated by me and my boss taking a little time in the afternoon to chat about the whole situation and we're going to do. The trouble is we don't actually know what the outcome is really going to be. At the moment we're going to move to a new company, which we don't really want to do. But it might not happen anyway. It's hard to make plans when you don't know what the hell is going on.

We might end up being free to do what we really want to do, even if we don't really know what that is yet. Perhaps that should always be an option in life anyway.

But despite it all it was a beautiful sunny day today, which helped. And so did the beers in the evening, and the wee dram...

So here's to the future... whatever it entails.
