Our Campsite!

This afternoon I stayed at the campsite to cook up some Rollkuchen (deep-fried Mennonite dish). I didn't have a rolling pin so I made do with a Pam cooking spray can. Worked not too bad. Fried up the rollkuchen outside on our Coleman. The aroma was amazing - was surprised the bears didn't come over for lunch. Word was out that a bear has been roaming around the town/campsites this week. We'll make sure and eat up all the food and clean up our garbage!
