The One That Got Away (or Damn & Blast!)

On my way home yesterday from a class, I spotted a kid of no more than about 7 or 8 stepping into the middle of the street and facing the cars stopped at the traffic lights.

He then started to fire-juggle for whatever few pesos they might throw at him.

Straightaway, I reached for my camera in my bag as quick as I could to capture the moment, delighted that I'd remembered to bring my camera.

However, as I went to frame the 1st of what would be many quickly snapped shots, I was greeted by the on-screen message that there was no memory card present.

I could've screamed in frustration, the missing memory card was still in the laptop from having transferred the above shot before I left the house in the morning.

A lovely shot of Sandra's wonderful breakfast creation of Natural Yoghurt mixed through w/a hint of Vanilla, some grated Cardomon, diced Nectarines & Pears.

Truly delish, but everytime I look at that shot I just see a kid juggling - damn!
