Marsh Woundwort or Marsh Hedgenettle

Stachys palustris

This morning again dry! and good temperature so I walked a long way with the dog. An elderly man with his dog Bella acompagnied me for a while and because he saw that I took pictures of flowers he showed me the marsh woundwort. In Dutch "Moerasandoorn". It is a special flower not so common. I like it.
I walked almost an hour. And after that I went swimming an hour. 54 lanes of 25 metres. I am very happy with so much exercise.
