Escargot

My new 100-300mm lens arrived yesterday so today it was time for a test drive.
I'm very impressed with it so far. The only problem is a 300mm it's very hard to keep still. I'm gonna get a monopod to address that.
I saw this snail on a long stem and it was quite a distance away and managed to get an ok shot.
A lovely day here and more to come.
