Birthday flowers....in the park

Well it was my birthday today. Having had a lovely night celebrating earlier in the week with my sister, and visiting parents last night, we are now saving ourselves for a few nights out with friends and family at the weekend. P's birthday is tomorrow so it's a busy time.

So tonight I think we'll just order a chinese meal and have a quiet night in.

Found these vibrant flowers in the park when I was out buying cakes for colleagues at work. I felt they were saying Happy Birthday to me. If I'd had a wheelbarrow I might just have taken them home!
