Hop dog

These black and yellow caterpillars, will turn into the cinabar moth. They are also know as hop dog and are midly poision to predetors. This species is now included on the new BAP lists. It has declined 71% in the last 25 years.
I spotted these on my ten minute walk with my dog as recommended by his vet, and fourty five minutes of being carried so i could explore more.
My claim to fame is that my nephew meet the Queen yesterday, would have loved to have captured that one....
