Absent, Sick and Seafaring Brethren
I normally use blipfoto for happy memories, however today was the funeral of my friend John.
I have known John for over eight years, and spent many lodge meetings drinking and listening to his dry sense of humour. He had a joke for every occasion, however he didn't abide fools.
He was taken from us suddenly, and I know he will be missed. The last time I saw him was at the festive board, where he promised not to mix my malt with his coke.
I have the privilege to be his Senior Warden and present him with his past masters jewel.
Take care John, I know you will be making the GAOTU smile, and my thoughts go out to your family you left behind.
