Pig of a day

Well its Thursday and its not getting any better.

The Neighbour should start her Radiotherapy next Tuesday, but I have been advised that she doesnt look well today, and is in so much pain, the Nurse last night in not so many words mentioned Pleurisy - what next.

It can only get better..............can`t it ?
