Birthday pressies

My niece is one year old today! Happy birthday, sweetheart!

This is a summary of the pressies we got her: a baby paddling/ball pool, complete with balls, and a soft pull along dog.

It's been a mixed day. Went to a funeral this morning and a first birthday party this afternoon - such a contrast of occasion and mood. Each was just right in its own way.
