NOT FLAGGING

...At least, my enthusiasm for flags is not flagging. These flags are currently all around Parliament Square - I've identified them as Commonwealth flags, but I wasn't sure why they were on display, so I asked Ryder (a colleague who is on a course with me this week). He informed me that the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association would be meeting in London next week - so there you go!
