Country Views

The kids and I took a short drive today after swim lessons to admire the numerous flowering fields surrounding us...orange poppies, red poppies, alyssum, unknown purple flowers, unknown pink flowers, sunflowers, and cosmos.

Taking time to "stop and smell the flowers" reminds us to appreciate how lucky we are to live where we do.

And soon enough, we will be surrounded by beans, corn, and numerous berry fields :)
