Frozen Raindrops

A stiff frost after last night's rain filled the garden with frozen raindrops. They don't capture the scene beyond, but they do have a beauty of their own. It was rather dark- that bit of blue sky didn't last long, and they were in places too awkward to use the tripod. These hand-held shots are not as sharp as I'd like, but I still think they are pretty.

Heavy overcast after the frost made a cold day. However I finished chopping the wood from yesterday. If the weather forecasters are correct about the next few days I have plenty of ready-to-use firewood in the porch.
