Feed the People

This sign seems to have survived remarkably intact since the days of rationing and land armies. It's at the mouth of a tunnel of trees on a bridleway. Early in the day the light flickers through the trees and produces some lovely effects, particularly n the autumn.

From there you can walk across a golf course. I don't like golf. I think they should dig it up and grow vegetables again like they did in the war.
