Chanterelle Mushrooms

As I mentioned on Wednesday's Blip while I was out and about I picked up these chanterelle mushrooms

We're having them for tea tonight in a sun dried tomato and mushroom omelette! Yum yum!

Off work for a week now. Been looking forward to it for ages. Off to see Iron Maiden tomorrow, then visiting friends and being tourists in Edinburgh (can be a tourist now we don't live there anymore!) and then off to just near Oban before a heading back to Inverness the scenic route!

Oh and then it's Jen's Birthday on Thursday - not giving anything away though, wouldn't be that silly. She does read it after all!
