While the Links Market is being erected, there are signs all over the place warning that only "authorised personell" [sic] are allowed in, and high-visibility jackets must be worn. The esplanade becomes more like a building site. Doesn't seem to stop little kids on their BMXs and young mums pushing their weans in pushchairs through it.
