The long and winding road

This has been my view for most of the day today!
Ipswich first thing, then Haverhill, then some lay-by just outside Bury for a spot of lunch, then Woolpit, and then back to Ipswich.
Knocked off early though and it is payday tomorrow so that makes up for it.

My shoulder is really hurting today, too much Wii-ing over the weekend I think!

Bought Harley a Dumbbell for training tomorrow night but he has just chewed it, oh well dogs will be dogs!!!
