After RS spent the three hottest days of this summer re-shingling the cabin roof we took today off to drive around looking at things and photographing some of them. We'd declared a holiday but the day declared itself as well. Heavy rain, thunder and lightning are bad conditions for roofing. It's a good thing he doggedly kept at it until the job was done the evening before. After supper swims have never felt better. The dogs thought so too.
