Fish Taco

Bit of an experiment tonight which really turned out pretty good.

Dinner

Seared scallops with soured cream and lime
Fish tacos with guacamole, shredded lettuce and sour lime cream
Coffee granita with vanilla cream.

Boiled egg and homemade rolls

Lunch
cheese and oatcakes
