PURPLE COWS!!!

bwahahaha!!! Actually, this is a picture of the experimental flavor of beef jerky we've got in the works. it's a blueberry lemon blend. it has turned the meat purple.

Not sure how it's gonna come out, but it's definitely an interesting color. Afterall, blueberries were used for years, and still are as a dye base :)

A cooler day today. only 91F out. not too bad. the humidity is cooler too.
