Quality Tradesman

The genius tradesmen who built our apartment decided to screw the Sheetrock to the main water pipe. We have been here 5 weeks and it finally decided to burst through the wall. Lucky we were home and could limit the damage until the plumber arrived. We are now 9 hours deep without AC and water on one of the hottest days of the year in NYC. The temperature hit 37 at one stage. Still in the low 30's now and it's almost midnight and the plumber told us should be finished in 30min. We will see.
