I Can Do "Soft" Too

This is me attempting to do a little breaking out of my shell - trying to take some shots that are less "dirty" and more "angelic."

I was very much inspired by This Painting from one of my favorite painters, Vermeer.
I know my shot looks nothing like a Vermeer, but the lighting tones he paints and the way he catches his subjects at profile angles or looking away has always intrigued and inspired my work.

Here's a reject shot that makes me smile every time I see it.
