Shrine of the Fox

I went hiking today to a nearby mountain named Takao San. This is a 1300 year old temple complex and has therefore never been deforested. This means that ancient cedars and other gigantic trees are still standing now, some over 1000 years old. I go to this mountain every year and I enjoy the peace I get from visiting its forests and temples.
