Dinner at George & Cora-Lee's....

Another feast at the Dancing River Sprite, hosted by George and Cora-Lee. The theme this time was 'Breakfast At Tiffany's' - Cora-Lee looked totally elegant as the young Holly (Audrey Hepburn). The menu, as usual, was totally amazing and cryptic! the first course: horseradish ice cream in an orange day lily....totally beautiful and i couldn't get a good photo....then the next 5 dishes were a total mouth watering experience....especially the final dessert....pink champagne sorbet on a bed of warm tapioca with a delicate cardamom flavour! A feast that took almost 4 hours in the eating.....mainly because between each course, Cora-Lee gave us the whole story in 6 segments....and because after each dish George had to have us guess what we just ate. It is such an amazing and wonderful experience! 20 people, some of whom i've never met before....seated at one large table!

These 2 chaps were forgiven the rule of taking your hat off at the table...because they were so attractive!
