Butterfly

We went along the old Chippenham canal this afternoon and were lucky enough to see a dragonfly dipping into the water, we think she was laying eggs as there was another dragonfly with her. The shots I got of that were pretty poor BUT I had been lucky enough to get some reasonable pictures of the butterflies.

I have absolutely NO idea what kind of butterfly this is, apart from a pretty one!
