Popstrami reunited

In March, you may recall, we did a pop up pastrami shop in Bournville. Summer's here, and it was high time to reunite the Popstrami team for some good ole Southern cooking - homemade Boston baked beans, cornbread, andouille, boudin balls, 'slaw, wagyu barbecue brisket, chicken wings, ribs and apple pie. Blinking awesome, as we say in Texas.

This is Lap's andouille, perfect homemade sausage of pork, shallots, garlic and spices, and smoked beautifully. Absolutely delicious.

All this washed down with bourbon cherry lemonade and for the brave, pickle juice and rye whisky.

And some good old country and western.
