Hemerocallis
These lovely flowers grow in my daughters front garden. They were there when she moved in and they come up every summer and put on a lovely display. They are particularly good this year. Although they are of the Hemerocallis family I have no idea of it's hybrid name. I tried to look it up but there are so many. They are called Day Lilly after the Greek hemera 'day' and kalos 'beautiful'.
